I became a Zumba Gold Instructor in April 2012 and I have been teaching SEATED Zumba Gold classes since August 2021.

Benefits of Zumba in a Chair for Seniors:
Seated Zumba Gold classes can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes.
As an option, classes can include a toning section where participants use light hand weights to help build muscle mass, strength and endurance (note: participants would need their own 0.5kg hand weights).
